We are not socialist because we hate capitalism. We are socialist because we love people. Our labor and our willingness to work and develop ourselves as people and individuals is what defines us.

Let no one ridicule you or dissuade you from acting either alone or in a group to improve the lives of any one person or class, lest it be the class of oppressors.

Capitalism is insidious in that it forces people to accept their lives as is. The is de-empowerment. Once you accept that you are a citizen of the world, you immediately accept the responsibility to make life better for us today and for our progeny tomorrow.

This same rhetoric has been given to non socialists all over the world, to ensure that they hear the truth about our true potential and what is possible in the forging of a more supportive and responsible civilization. We do not have to live our lives in constant jeopardy of losing a paycheck. We do not have to live thinking about keeping up financial appearance. We do not have to live with fear that our children will be left behind.

True freedom means economic responsibility, not willy nilly debt incurred by irresponsible bankers, that can never be paid off. True freedom means economic democracy. It means taxes. It means commitment to one's society and one's peers. True freedom means economic responsibility in the form of societal financial personal security. We could have achieved this 100 years ago. Instead evil men, gathered to secure their own family livelihoods at the expense and enslavement of the rest of us. It is time to take back what is ours, although it may be too late.

It has been quoted that the "meek shall inherit the Earth". Who wants a burned out cinder?
